On my return journey, I once again chose to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur, and this time, I opted for a larger, more luxurious room – and it was absolutely worth it! The room was impressively spacious, offering ample comfort for three adults to relax without feeling cramped. From the cozy beds to the inviting ambiance, every detail contributed to an incredibly comfortable stay. The dining experience was also enjoyable. While the menu is somewhat limited, the quality of the food made up for it – every dish was deliciously crafted and full of flavor. Above all, the staff’s courtesy and attentiveness left a lasting impression. They were attentive to our needs, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. All in all, Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur once again provided a memorable and satisfying experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and warm hospitality on their travels!

Reviewing while staying in Room #316. Have stayed multiple times in the recent past. We have a factory here so need to come and stay frequently. This time came with a team of 7 delegates to our factory, foreign and Indian, so took 7 rooms from 2 to 5 nights . I noticed a remarkable improvement in guest services and behaviour of staff, be it service at their restaurant or room service. The staff was very welcoming, randomly prompting to help everytime. It is a fantastic change when compared to my previous visits and would request you to keep it that way.

Bilaspur has perhaps only one four star hotel. Facility is decent. Food is good. But cost is on the higher side. In the same price you get accomodation at authentic 5 star hotel at Delhi.

cost is bit too much for the amenities provided but overall its good for the location

1. Food Restaurant's Services are not found compatible to the Hotel's Reputation. Per Person Buffe Charges appear to be on the very high side as compared to the quality of Food served. 2. The Restaurant Staff's number appears to be below the threshold requirement having an adverse impact of the restaurant's services. 3. Reception Staff does not appear to be that much dynamic and responsive as it should have been in line with the Hotel's reputation. 4. Last time, I stayed at the same hotel in 2017-2018. At that time, the Services offered by the Hotel were far better as compared to this time. 5. The ambience of the Hotel i.e. the Approach Road (tiled Road) has been found in damaged condition and there was no efforts visible to rectify the observe defects.
