• - In case of a power outage, the inverter and a generator can support all the appliances.

• - The caretaker and host stays on the premises of the same property.

• - During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay.

• - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.

• PET POLICY

• - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.

• - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge.

• - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

• - Alcohol consumption is allowed.

• - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.

• - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

• - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

• - Senior citizens can be driven to the villa via another route, approximately 5 minutes away from the villa. Guests will have to walk the rest of the way.
