Agoda, this property should be removed from your listings immediately so future travelers can avoid this place. Calling this a “resort” is completely misleading—it is nothing close to one. We arrived around 5:00 PM and were disappointed the moment we entered. The premises were unclean and poorly maintained. The room lacked even basic amenities—there was no intercom or any way to contact staff for assistance. We ordered dinner at 6:30 PM and were initially told it would be served by 8:30 PM. Later, we were informed it would be delayed again due to Christmas celebrations. Shockingly, the food was finally delivered only at 9:45 PM, which was completely unacceptable, especially as we were traveling with two children. The problems continued the next morning. There was no water in the bathroom at all—not even for basic use. We were forced to wait nearly 30 minutes just to have running water. This place fails at the most basic level of hospitality, cleanliness, and service. It is not a resort, not family-friendly, and not worth anyone’s time or money. Strongly not recommended. Agoda should seriously reconsider hosting such a property on its platform.

Waste of money stay don't stay in this resort, we can get more good option in this price. For veg no options are there....every near by hotel have beef in menu so it makes difficult for hindus/Jain/Sikhs to eat on those rerestaurant....
