The hotel was very clean and the necessary facilities were available. It is located right in the middle of a busy street and there are lots of markets nearby; ensuring access to essential commodities. However, if you looking for a scenic view, pls look elsewhere. Food was decent and there are many restaurants nearby as well. Ample place for parking, not a covered parking area but there are security personnel to ensure the safety. The comfort related amenities like swimming pool is not available. The tourist spots are quite far from the hotel but the drives are enjoyable. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were competent but definitely the hospitality aspect can be improved, specially while receiving the guests. Overall it was a comfortable stay with family which includes elderly parents and a child.

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. The Hotel location is superub. You step put you get everything. All the tourist attractions are close to the location. Minium 30+ kms away is all the must see places. Many food joints are around the location. Within the building there are 3 hotels to eat. The hotel is getting renovated so they do not have any facilities like swimming pool,spa,gym etc whatever they have mentioned in the booklet. The price charged is a 5star hotel rate wihtout any benefit. Highly priced The rooms are very clean & neat since it is newly done. But the room we stayed had drainage issue. The water was logging when taking bath The breakfast was ok. They need to improve the varities. They Repeat the menu.

Comfortable Stay with Great Views The property offers a decent view of the road (not all rooms share the view). that enhances the overall experience. Its walkability makes exploring the area a breeze. Parking is convenient, and breakfast options are satisfying, contributing positively to the stay. Housekeeping does a good job maintaining cleanliness throughout, ensuring a pleasant environment. The staff is friendly, though there's room for improvement in some facilities. The bliss/basic rooms only have twin beds and not a king/queen sized bed (as showm in pictures). The bliss rooms are bit small.

Rooms and service was great , all the other amenities were under construction , it that would have been available it would be better

Location is really good in the heart of sultan bhatery. All the tourists places are quite far from this hotel except Eddakal caves that too 10+ km. Rooms are good as they opened again this hotel few months back only. Breakfast was that’s so great. Options are there but taste is not that great. No swimming pool and other indoor games room.
