Very Disappointing Experience – Hidden Charges & Poor Transparency
I booked this hotel through Agoda and made 100% advance payment, yet I was repeatedly asked to pay extra money without any proper explanation. I arrived at 7:00 AM with my sister and was informed that early check-in would involve an additional charge. We agreed and paid INR *** for 5 hours immediately. However, just 5 minutes after checking in, the staff member who helped us knocked on our door and claimed that our booking was for a non-AC room, and demanded extra money to continue staying in the AC room. This was never mentioned during the Agoda booking, and no such information was clearly stated online. To make matters worse, during checkout, the reception staff again asked for early check-in charges, even though we had already paid them in advance. The entire experience felt unprofessional and misleading. It appeared that since the property does not receive many guests, they try to extract as much money as possible from whoever stays there. There are many better residential properties in this area. I strongly recommend avoiding this place to save your time, money, and peace of mind.

worst experience. never recommend to anyone. If you want, detailed audio conversation with manager of ssk residency will send. then you can decide further. A/c not working, wifi disconnected, parking issues and no proper response from the Manager.

Poor accommmedation
Quality of the stay is not that great.. Poor service, a/c is also not worked.. no breakfast provided for that cost... No drinking bottles also provided..it is just last option...if you dont get better stay...
