It is a budget hotel very close to all super markets and famous vegetarian hotel Namma kudla. The restaurant attached to the fecility can be used only rarely. No tea boiler, no lift. Ample parking space is plus point. Our 3 days stay was comfortable

This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. From the moment we entered the room, it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. The bed sheets were visibly dirty, the pillowcases appeared stained and unwashed, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. To make matters worse, there were signs of bedbugs, which made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. We spent the entire night worried about being bitten and could barely sleep. My child was especially affected, becoming uncomfortable and distressed throughout the night. The problems didn't stop there. During the rain, water began leaking into the room, creating an even more unpleasant and unsafe environment. Instead of providing shelter and comfort, the room felt damp, neglected, and poorly maintained. The staff were equally disappointing. They were unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed little concern when these serious issues were raised. Rather than attempting to resolve the problems, they seemed indifferent to our experience. After a sleepless night dealing with dirty bedding, suspected bedbugs, leaking rainwater, and poor customer service, we regretted booking this hotel. Honestly, sleeping in a car would have been a more comfortable and hygienic option. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It was a terrible experience that I would never repeat and would not recommend to anyone, especially families traveling with children
