Booked this hotel for a 3-day, 2-night stay. Upon arrival, staff took around 35-40 minutes to allott me a room despite my advance booking and arrival at the premises on time. I wasn't happy with this and made it known. Apparently, the person who was allotted my room earlier decided to extend his stay at the last minute and the staff had to clean a similar room at the last minute and allott me the same. When I took the room that was finally allotted it was ok but not optimally clean - human hair on the seats and on an unused towel - again, I wasn't very happy but decided to let it go. But few minutes after that, we were given clean and hot towels along with 2 bars of new soap. Staff was helpful. Reception answered promptly to my queries. Positives: 1. Helpful and Courteous Staff 2. Spacious room 3. One of the cheaper but serves-the-purpose kind of hotels 4. Good food (Complimentary breakfast) 5.Free parking and Wi-Fi 6.Hotel is close to most good eateries and few tourist places (e.g. Raja's Seat, Omkareshwar Temple) Neutral: 1. Ok room with respect to cleanliness 2. Warm water in the morning Negatives: 1. Access to hotel is via narrow roads, which aren't too user friendly as well - My car's exhaust hit the concrete on one of the approach roads with a loud thud even though I was going carefully 2. No heater in the bathroom - so you can't get hot water whenever you want 3. Cable TV wasn't working - Ok if you will be out most of the time but was a turn-off Overall, it was a decent experience. I'd recommend it if you planned to visit Coorg at the last minute and you aren't finding any good options.

Clean, food is also good and good staff... only one request that they should provide a electric kettle in the room

Nice Hotel in the city centre, the staffs were very courteous and supportive and also arranged for a memorable trip to Mandalapatti. Nice food has been served 👍, overall good experience
