⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at juSTa Cliffend Resort & Spa Mashobra We had an absolutely wonderful stay at juSTa Cliffend Resort & Spa Mashobra. The property itself is beautiful, with stunning views of the mountains that make the experience truly special. But what made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of the staff. A big thanks to Meena, Pushkar, Madan, Pawan, Indra, and Vijay — they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care really stood out. We were traveling with our young child, and the team made him feel completely at home. He even made friends with the staff, which says a lot! They were incredibly thoughtful in taking care of his food preferences and ensuring he had everything he needed. The service, food, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of great views, excellent service, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommend this property for families — we would definitely love to visit again!

We had an overall good and comfortable stay at juSTa Cliffend Resort & Spa, Mashobra, Shimla. The property is nicely located away from the busy town area, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind. The serene surroundings and quiet atmosphere were definitely a highlight of our stay. The rooms are spacious, which we appreciated, providing a comfortable environment to relax. However, the facilities were quite basic and could be improved to better match the overall standard of the resort. Cleanliness was acceptable though we did notice some dust in the room, and the bathroom could have been maintained better. The weather during our stay was rainy, which made it slightly challenging to move around and explore the area, but this is of course beyond the hotel’s control. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcomed throughout our stay. A special mention to Meera, Rohit, and Mathen from the dining/kitchen team, as well as Indera at the front desk, for their warmth and excellent service. Overall, despite a few areas for improvement, we had a pleasant experience and appreciate the efforts of the team in making our stay enjoyable.

USP Infinity Heated Swimming Pool with Mountain View. Good Views from Room Balcony. Good Restaurant. Billiard Pool Table is available. Cons: To Reach Resort is somewhat tedious.
