Not value for money at all. The images are deceiving- the villa is really small and not maintained at all. You cant see any lake from the villa as shown in the picture. The juccuzi does not work. There is no wifi, no toiletries, the blankets were not washed, there was no water. We had payed for water. This is nothing like a stay vista property. We flagged all the issues to stay vista but nothing was done. The only good part was the food made by caretaker.

  • - We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well.

  • - Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members.

  • - Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects around.

  • - This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik.

  • - The road leading up to the villa is not concrete and has potholes owing to the unfavourable weather conditions.

  • - This is a pet-friendly property. However, it will depend on the type of pet and the breed of the pet. 

  • - An additional charge of Rs.1500 will be levied for per pet, per day.

  • - Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.

  • - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

  • - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

  • - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

  • - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

  • - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

  • - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
