The location is excellent and you can visit them just for that. The staff was a hit and miss, with most of their staff extremely courteous, whereas the reception staff seemed quite untrained and a little unprofessional. The restaurant was a big miss. The breakfast buffet was worse than what a 3 star would offer, with extremely limited options and lousy service. Their concept of evening high tea is amazing.

We were there for two nights, we had booked two premium rooms with breakfast. Property is really nice, would give 5 star for that. However there are few things that's one should keep in mind while booking the same Pro - nice location, priority is clean, there are many options for kids such as swimming pool with kids pool, they have duck feeding, sheeps, horses and lot of birds and butterfly along with kids park with swings. They also have a kid and tv room. They conducted pebble painting for kids at 5 pm, which war nice for little kids and fun for parents to watch. They have high tea at 5:30 to 6 with few good options such as pakoras and Kathi rolls asking with tambola, for which you need to buy the ticket. Cons - parking is 2.5 km away from the resort. You would have to park your vehicle at this location from where your luggage and you will be moved to a 4x4 vehicle. From there they take you to the resort, 2 km is the normal mountain road however the last 600 m is uphill task which is completely off road and not easy for aged people to bear as there will be lots of bumps. You cannot take your own vehicle on this road as only 4 x4 vehicle can only be driven on this road therefore you are dependent on the resort to take you back to your vehicle at the parking area. The problem is they provide the vehicle only till 8 o'clock at night. If you have taken only breakfast as an meal the other two meals you would have to take from the hotel only as going down back to your parked vehicle would be not a very convenient option for all. Also the meals are very normal daal makhani would cost you close to 700 without tax similar for other items such as paneer items. Butter chicken or home style chicken would cost you again close to 990 without tax. There are only few available options in a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. In case you choose to go for the buffet it would cost you 1500 per person exclusive of tax. Even a normal a la carte meal for four people with three options of curry would cost you close to 7000. This makes the overall stay a bit expensive as you cannot go and choose from other options available nearby due to the difficulty of travelling from the resort to your own vehicle also as it is available only till 8:00 p.m, which is not the idle time for dinner. If you add this additional amount to your stay it is a bit on the expensive side which not everyone might opt for. Though the quality is fine for 2-3 people. Also the breakfast did not have too many options it was just fine... It could be better. They have a good cycle track and small ponds. However cycles are not maintained properly. Overall it is a resort which will take you close to nature, however not for everyone's pocket.

A must visit property if you are a Pet Parent or otherwise. Beautiful landscaping, humble staff, good food. Overall an excellent experience. The only drawback is the approach road, leading to the resort. Not recommended for normal vehicles, good for 4X4 ones...But the resort makes all the arrangements to pick & drop you on their own vehicles/jeeps which are parked 1 km before the resort.

We had a delightful stay at the property with our 1-year-old daughter. The amenities, including the play area, swings, horse riding, and cycling, kept her thoroughly entertained. Saraca's complimentary meals for kids, tailored to our instructions, were incredibly helpful and added a thoughtful touch to our family experience. Overall, a family-friendly retreat with attention to detail.

Overall a great place to stay! Elderly people can have issues since the parking of the hotel is 2 km away from the property and the hotel arranges pick and drop to via a 4x4 Gypsy, the ride to the hotel is very bumpy, because the road is raw and full of stones. The drive itself is very beautiful and scenic though, young people will enjoy it! The in room menu is limited and the food is expensive. Roti sizes are too small for the price. Swimming pool area is clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was very good and so is the evening high tea! We enjoyed our stay!
