Stayed for three nights, stay was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was not good same thing they were repeating. It's pure vegetarian and not worth paying so much for the food. Limited choice in menu. It is located about six kms from main city.

They are like very money minded. No friendly approach. We entered the kids age wrongly,like we entered 3 instead of 8.. but they charged high for that kid and they demanded spot payment which is really not welcoming. I don't mind n paying,but still the way they demanded d money is not good.

The location was far away from town. So you cannot get food easily The restaurant food was not as tasty as expected Problem of flies disturbing night always The road to hotel is very steep, and narrow. Often gets blocked by bus, horses and bull. If you want to stay only in hotel and no plans to go outside, then it can be considered

A Peaceful Hilltop Escape Staying at Deccan Park Resort provided a serene break from the usual Ooty bustle. The property is nestled near Fern Hill, about 4 km away from the city centre, offering beautiful views of the tea gardens and mountains. Room & Comfort The cottage-style rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Having a private balcony was a highlight for morning coffee while taking in the fog over the hills. The wooden flooring added a cozy touch, though the rooms can get quite cold at night, so requesting a heater (available for an extra charge) is recommended. Dining & Service The in-house restaurant, Olives, serves high-quality, pure vegetarian food. While the breakfast buffet offered a good spread, the limited non-vegetarian options might be a drawback for some. The staff was generally courteous and helpful with luggage and local tour guidance. Facilities Recreation: Great for families, with a dedicated kids' play area and a badminton court. Parking: Ample free parking is available on-site. Connectivity: Wi-Fi is strongest in the lobby area, though cell reception can be spotty in certain room corners. Things to Note Access: The approach road is a bit steep and narrow, so it is easier if you have your own vehicle. Hot Water: The geysers take about 30-40 minutes to fully heat up, so plan your showers accordingly.

PROS:- Resort was good and Well maintained. Food taste need to improve. Staff behaviour is good. Good parking space. Cons:- No default room heater, incase if we need room heater then we need to pay extra 500 per day. Even if we take that also no use because the heater is not making room hot. To reach the resort the road is very horrible, at a time only one vehicle will go in that road incase if opposite vehicle comes then vehicle will screwed up with scratches on body. Also, huge traffic on small roads, even sometimes we might stuck in 1-2 hrs to reach 1 or 2kms. Near by resort we can’t able to find any restaurants or small hotels also. Incase if you want to go for any restaurant then again we need to spend so much time in traffic. Apologies for honest rating. Thanks
