I have stayed here for 1 night, location is good. Price is heavy on pocket. Tea costs-60/tea. Food wise quality is good, but overpriced . Even for premium room, they give Queen size bed. Their heaters are ages old. They charge 550/per day for a 200/- costing heater. Senseless. Finally,it is very costly budget hotel which is not worth the stay

The location is good and staffs are polite. Room is also good in terms ambience and having classic ancient villa look. Bed is kind of not comfortable and they are charging for everything like bonfire, fire wood in house, room heater, etc No complimentary breakfast. Food is costly.

This place is very good and very well maintained. restaurant charges are on expensive for the taste what they offer. apart from that it is located near ooty lake and have easy access to good places in ooty. overall very good stay.
