• - The villa is a part of a gated community and there are CCTVs in the outside area.

• - Check-in time is 2pm, Check-out time is 11AM.

• - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

• - Power backup is available here. It supports lights and fans in certain areas. Due to fluctuations in electricity, the geysers and heaters may or may not run on the generator.

• - Guests are requested not to use geysers and heaters at the same time during power outages.

• - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.

• - All mobile networks work fairly well.

• - Given the pleasant weather all year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans.

• - Please be aware that the bonfire is only accessible until 10 PM due to restrictions imposed by the panchayat.

• - All IDs must be submitted before check-in; otherwise, check-in will not be permitted

• - Loud music is not allowed after 10PM.

• - Guests are requested not to speak in very loud voices post 10PM as the voice carries through the hills and can disturb others in the area.

• - Footwear is not allowed inside the villa.

• - Stag events are not allowed at the villa.

• - Smoking is allowed only outdoors.

• - Plucking of fruits and flowers from the orchard is strictly forbidden.

• POLICIES

• - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

• - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

• - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

• - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

• - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

• - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

• - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

• - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

• - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

• - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
