8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)
모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.
- Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals.
- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 10 pm.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Check-in time is 12 noon. Check-out time is 10AM.
- A 50% refund if you are cancelling more than 7 days of your check-in date.
- Stag events are not allowed.
- The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- During power cuts geysers and heaters will be functioning on generator due to which, guests are requested not to use geysers and heaters at the same time.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- No accommodation will be provided for staff members (maids or servant)
- Trained pets are allowed in the villa.
- IDs are required for all guests.
- No footwear allowed inside the villa
- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. If you stay more than 2 nights, the fee remains Rs.1,000. This fee is non-refundable.
- Plucking of fruits and flowers from the orchard is strictly not allowed.
- No refund if you are cancelling within 7 days of your check-in date.
- Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted.
- The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guest may smoke outdoors.
- Cooking is not allowed at the villa
