Spent three nights, the location is very close to major attractions. Rooms were clean. The staff esp. Chandru was very helpful. They don't have a restaurant but you can order from select menu to your room. You can also order from nearby restaurants.

Pros Near botanical garden, famous Moddy’s chocolates are nearby. Has car parking Cons The blanket and cupboards were full of dust. It’s has just basic stuffs in room, doesn’t seem worth the amount we pay. The rooms are connected through a door, so you can hear what’s going on in adjacent room.

I had the stay with my family and one infant (2+) Since kid was there we were in need of providing him cow milk at mid night so we checked with the kitchen staff that they can boil our milk but they refused and said like we will only provide our own milk from kitchen ( note my kid will drink only Fresh milk brand) other brands he would not prefer ) Atleast they would have provided induction stove in room since we are came as a family The milk they gave by night 10 pm and It was morning 2 when we gave him it was not good Rest all was fine in the stay and nice

I stayed at Wood Berry Residency in Ooty. The room was clean and well maintained, and the availability of parking was a good advantage. Overall, my stay was good. However, the main issue was the hot water facility. The water heater provided is too small in capacity, even for one person. Hot water runs out within about 2 minutes, after which we have to wait around 20 minutes for the heater to reheat. This made bathing quite inconvenient, especially in Ooty’s cold weather. Apart from the hot water issue, everything else was good. I hope the hotel improves the water heating facility for a more comfortable stay.

Try to book early otherwise the price is too high.....this is worth for around 3k to 3.5k.....vut when I booked it was around 5k to 5.5k.....the place is near to botanical garden but to reach the hotel we should pass through a steep curve and steep narrow road( at 1st which makes us uncomfortable but then it felt 🆗)....... service was superb.....one bro named chandru , he's very very friendly and we can reach to him at any time.....so satisfied with his behaviour...........most important thing is the food provided by them,it is worth for money and very delicious ( food around Ooty is expensive and bad quality but this residency provides best quality food). My family was totally satisfied with food and accommodation.....I will recommend for families 🫶👍
