마야 헤리티지

가격도 그렇고 시설도 생각보다 좋습니다. 프런트 직원 그저 그랬는데, 식당 매니저가 워낙 친절하고 좋아서 별 5개 평가입니다.

This was my second stay at Maya Heritage, and as soon as I entered the lobby, Mr. Kumar recognized me. As a returning customer, they kindly offered me a nice room with a view of the temple. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with efficient air conditioning and good Wi-Fi. The staff members were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. They even arranged a car for me to visit three temples in the area. The Bodhi Buddha temple is just a 10 to 15-minute walk away. The hotel features two restaurants offering a choice between South or North Indian cuisine. Additionally, numerous other restaurants are located nearby. There are several temples within walking distance of the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and certainly plan to return during my future trips.

Overall I am very much satisfied. It's a little bit walk to the temple but tolerable. Good thing is that the location is slightly off the crowded road so it is relatively very quite. It is hard to find decent accommodation of above star 3 hotels. This place is decent and staffs are very nice. I will stay here next time I visit. But one thing to improve is you put naphthalene in drawer, closet and toilet. Not only it stink, but also it is a toxic material with potential to cause cancer. The room is full of the odor though I throwed those out the moment I found. All of my clothes were contaminated with the smell. It was disgusting and very ignorant of health issues. You should throw out all the naphthalene. I will ask if I plan to stay there next time. If you keep the naphthalene, sorry it is the fist and last time to stay there.

When I booked this place I was not too sure about the cleanliness and the other services about the place. But it was exceptionally good in every aspect including food, safety, cleanliness and location. All the temples are just within walking distance. I just wanted to give a shot for some food and I ordered Biriyani, Momos, and a mushroom and chicken soup from the restaurant, and it was superb. I would recommend this place to any family, couple, or for solo travelers. I must mention the hotel staff is super friendly as well.

Maya is a fine hotel compared with others in Bodh Gaya. However in room WiFi was not working and reflected to them. They promised it will be fixed next day. It doesn’t change the whole 4 days while I stayed with them. It’s quite disappointing.
