Hotel is located in Panchgani city next to market place. Rooms + bathrooms found maintained clean and tidy. Just enough amenities provided with bed and breakfast. Breakfast menu is mostly Maharashtrian and South Indian. Delicious food served having local / homemade taste. Small swimming pool on the properly, good enough for children but have scope for improvement in the cleaning / maintenance. Please ensure your booking includes breakfast whenever booking online. Although I had breakfast included in my booking, upon arrival at hotel desk when checked reception advised me that my booking is only with room and breakfast is not mentioned in the email they received from Agoda. After I have shown that breakfast is mentioned on my booking document, receptionist informed that they will check with management and inform me. I had to get in touch with Agoda customer service to get the issue sorted out which they promptly did.

I had booked the cottage room where 3 of us stayed for 2 nights. Though the room is smaller in size, the hotel provides mattress for the third person. The room had all the basic amenities and its location just opposite the bus stand and centrally in the market made it easier to get things. The staff was cordial but could not manage the crowd especially during breakfast. Overall a nice experience!

The hotel doesn't have 'lift' There was no water in the bath room on 28th morning, I had to speak to receptionist for 6 to 7 times to get water, it was a disaster.

The room was clean, with a cozy bed, a nice view. Housekeeping did a great job of maintaining the room during my stay.

My stay at Onella Regency was comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities. The staff was courteous, helpful, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing, and the service was satisfactory. It was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.
