The hotel was tranquil but for some of the staff members not performing their duties to their best ability. Eg I gave my clothes to be laundered a day before I was scheduled to leave but on the day of my departure clothes was still wet and even though I explained to the laundries that I needed the clothes to wear she sent my clothes wet to me 3 times

We reached the hotel in the afternoon and it was amazing and refreshing with a very well dressed and very well behaved staff the food is awesome and the stay was very pleasant

Location is good for people want peace and close to nature, but outside of city once you back to resort, nothing you do much just staying in rooms, TV and Wifi did not worked for whole my vacation, they always give excuses, Staff was good and supportive.

Nothing drastically wrong with the place however, it is away from central area requires some maintenance and attention. The Spa closes by 5pm, staff does not understand difference between dry cleaning and laundary. However people are very friendly and helpful so that's a big plus.

My partner and I stayed at Le Mentok to celebrate my birthday. We could not have had a more delightful stay. The entire property is beautiful and affords stunning views of the mountains and a lovely stream. The food was amazing with a choice of an open-air rooftop restaurant and an indoor restaurant with two different menus. The property have garden plots where they grow ma variety of their own vegetables. We had everything from traditional Indian dishes, to pesto pasta, chicken burger, and French onion soup. Everything was just delicious and so fresh. There is a small spa with a lovely treatment room. I had a wonderful massage and wish I had time for more treatments! The rooms are lovely, clean, and spacious, as are the en suite bathrooms. The real gem here is the manager, Raju Lama. He really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as perfect as possible. He checked on us daily and always with the most pleasant nature. He provided a hairdryer and hot water bottle I requested, as well as renting us a bike for our daily excursions. I really cannot say enough about how wonderful he is. He truly makes the property shine even brighter. We cannot wait to return!!!!
