J’avais une urgence jai effectué une nuit là bas arrivée sur place ont me demande une caution de 150 que je n’avais pas et si vous n’aviez pas de quoi payer la caution vous perdez votre réservation le personnel était désagréable, j’ai déjà eu ce problème de caution dans un autre hôtel mais ils ont pu enregistrer ma carte et me laisser y dormir alors que dans cet endroit on te met dehors même si vous aviez payer une chambre, j’effectuerai mes location sur airbnb il n’y a pas ce genre de probleme

The location of the Art Hotel Paris is excellent. Metro, RER, and tram stations are all within a five-minute walking distance, which makes getting around the city very easy. A supermarket is also only about 350 meters away and open until 10 p.m., which is very convenient. Upon arrival, however, the welcome was extremely disappointing. There was no greeting at all — no “hello,” no “bonjour.” A person sitting at a desk looked at us while using their phone and only said “first floor,” without any further explanation or friendliness. The security guard at the entrance also did not greet us at any point during our three-day stay. At the main reception upstairs, the staff member was friendly and professional. The room itself was very clean and well equipped, even for the lowest room category: coffee machine (capsules available at reception for a fair price), kettle, hair dryer, and even a bathtub. The mattresses were somewhat worn and should be replaced, but overall the room was acceptable. What was most disturbing was the atmosphere in the lobby area. On several occasions, there were groups of staff members being very loud, shouting and laughing, creating an unpleasant noise level. Guests were completely ignored, even when passing through the lobby or returning in the evening. Not once during the entire stay did we receive a greeting from staff in this area. There was also an unexpected €100 security deposit required at check-in, which could only be paid by card. We were told it would only be blocked, but the amount was actually charged to the account. The hotel manager later explained that this might be a bank issue. While this is possible, it was still inconvenient. The manager himself was extremely friendly and professional — by far the most pleasant person we interacted with — but his level of service is unfortunately not reflected by much of the staff. Conclusion: Good location and clean rooms, but extremely poor service and lack of basic hospitality from most staff members significantly lower the overall experience.

The room was clean. Staff was polite and helpful they fixed the broken hot plate very quickly. Quite, good value for money and nice hotel at 25 mn from Paris and a supermarket and metro at 8 mn. I had to pay 16 euros for two nights because of the city taxes which is common practise. They took a print softly card but did not debit my account. I recommend this hotel

The hotel delivered exactly what it promised. It wasn't luxury, but it was great value for money, and the staff were very helpful and polite. On the other hand, Agoda's information is highly misleading. The platform failed to inform us about the additional city tax and the €100 security deposit required upon arrival (which is refunded at check-out). Don't fall into the same trap! Agoda does not show the actual final amount you will have to pay.If you don’t pay the extra charges you can’t enter the room.

室内のキッチンが使い勝手が良く、料理をして過ごすことができました。バスタブも嬉しかったです。タオルの交換も快く対応してくださりました。朝ごはんが2人分ついてきますが、パンとバターが美味しいです。コーヒーマシンが起動しなかったので、コーヒーを入れてきてくれました。ホテルの周りが少し治安的に不安を感じました。夜は歩かない方がいいです。近くにオーガニックスーパーがあるので、そちらで買い出しができます。駅は少し遠いですが、トラムの乗り場が目の前にあるので便利です。パリ郊外ではありますが、コスパ良くおすすめです。
