Memorable stay. Food was too good with Buffey. Hospitaly another level . Staff receiving also too good . Clean rooms and Beautiful natural view from room.

As such, the super deluxe room was clean, and spacious. Rooms were sound proof, and hence good. Location was good. All the staff were well mannered. Quality of lunch and dinner were average. But breakfast(buffet) was good. The dining space was good with beautiful view. Pros: Room size, cleanliness, location of the resort(near to many tourist attractions), well behaved staff, view from the resort(tea estate view). Jeep safari was good. Cons: The swimming pool was not cleaned when we reached the pool to take a dip, at 7am. Pool timing is mentioned as 7am-7pm. But when we asked, one of the staff replied that the cleaning guy would clean the pool at 9:00 am. Honestly we were disheartened that we could not use the pool and we could clearly see how dirty the pool was with the dirt and remnants of previous day. It would be good to properly clean the pool before the next day or change the pool timings. I also recommend to maintain the surroundings of the cave area. I could see clutter near the bridge(where water flows during rainy season). There is a lot of scope for improvement in the cave region and the garden. My honest review is that, the hotel does not provide complete justice for being in the “five-star hotel” category. But we had a pleasant and relaxed stay. Please take into consideration the suggestions for improvement.

Had to switch room the next day , could not sleep at night due to sound disturbance from receptionist at night.. we had to talk a lot and the manager was reluctant to come and speak to customers.. receptionist was repeatedly saying there are no rooms available to change .. then since we pressed manager has to come and speak to us and got a room change.. it seemed that the best rooms in same category are not given to ppl like me who book through Agoda or other apps.. they give preference to direct bookings .. Otherwise the stay , cleanliness, spa , food etc was excellent.. and I am happy for that

The hotel arranges bonfire every night with music. We found it quite loud because we like peaceful stay generally. It would be good for groups. The rooms are good, food is amazing too.

Hotel room was ok. Assigned non AC room on arrival, it was not properly mentioned while booking. On second day after cleaning they forgot to keep bath towels. I went to to take bath without noticing towels not kept there. Then I asked my wife to call reception and she informed to provide towel immediately, even after this they didn’t took seriously and didn’t send towels and she only went in person to reception and informed towels not there please send immediately even then they didn’t send. Then I used my own hand towel and then went down to reception and took class to manager. Seriously this behaviour is very bad, looks like they ignores basic room bookings hope they may serve better to deluxe or premium rooms but for basic room also they had charged 7k hope which is not small amount though for a day 😊 And next day we asked for cleaning the room at reception and informed in next 3 hrs will be back by then please make sure to get our room cleaned. They said yes noted. But once we returned to room it was unattended and not cleaned and again we called housekeeping manager and took class then she sent housekeeping staffs to clean. This is not at all we expected. Only location, and few staffs like Unni Balakrishnan sir who arranges for local trip and guides well. And location and view is good. Restaurant buffet is good. Felt cooks to be little hygiene when i observed inside kitchen he was poking his nose was weird thing I saw. I think owner success books kept all over the resort. He has to take care of all these things , otherwise it’s difficult to stay in market.
