We stayed here for one night before our swim-with-the-dolphins tour, and overall we had a pleasant experience. The hotel was very helpful in connecting us with a captain for the tour, which we really appreciated. It’s located at the end of an alley and about a 5–10 minute walk from the beach. Our room was very spacious and had a large balcony, which we loved. The breakfast was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating—they even helped us get to Pepito Market on a scooter with our luggage! The property does have room for improvement. While the room was clean enough to be comfortable, a deeper clean (especially in the bathroom where there were some visible cobwebs) would make a big difference. Some furniture and fixtures could also use upgrading, and unfortunately the TV in our room was not working. Guests staying on the second floor should note that access is by stairs only. That said, we feel this place has a lot of potential. With a bit more attention to maintenance and upkeep, it could be truly wonderful. We’d gladly consider coming back and staying a little longer next time to better enjoy the area.

The hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful. The pool is large and the grounds are very well looked after. Perfect location, down a quiet road so no noise pollution but literally a minute walk to the Main Street with restaurants and shops. Fantastic breakfast, delicious and good choices. We did have issues with the room however. We booked two double rooms for 8 nights but was told upon check in only twin rooms available. Staff said they didn’t know when a double room would become available. On the first night when we pushed the single beds together there was a horrendous amount of dust under the beds. Put the cleaning sign on in the morning but when we returned in the evening the room hasn’t been cleaned so had to sleep two nights with thick dust over the floor. Asked staff every day when a double room would be available but allegedly they didn’t know?? After four nights we were finally moved into a double room. However the other individual we were travelling with who also booked a double room was never moved. This is unfortunate as we booked and paid for a double room so for half our trip (and the entire trip of our friend) didn’t get what we paid for. Also in both rooms the shower drain was blocked so within minutes of the shower running your standing in a pool of water. Bathrooms also smelt horrible in both the twin and double room we eventually moved to.

Nothing about this place is outstanding but it is all OK. The air con in my room took some configuring but got to blow "cold enough" in the end. Room is a decent size and pleasant. Breakfast was basic but OK. It is close to the beach, bars, restaurants, massage all within about 100 meters. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything in context of what you pay was good value.

Stayed for 7 nights February 2024. Room was cleaned each day fairly well, bath a bit old but no real problem. Depends who else is staying, had some nice friendly Australians, but also some noisey Chinese(?). Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast limited, but staff eager to please. Slightly remote up a lane, but relatively peaceful because of that. Quite a few ants by the pool, but is the same all over Bali. Might be better places not far away, but felt it was a good place for the price.

Great quiet spot a short walk to the beach and also main road for meals,shopping etc. Basic breakfast but sufficient. Lovely staff always willing to help.
