In summary - Extremely rude hotel staff. We arrived at the hotel just before to check in and were greeted with the manager running to the door telling us we can’t come in till check in time. His tone was aggressive and nasty. We explained we knew we were slightly early and that we didn’t expect to be able to check in right away. We asked if we could leave our bags. They said yes and walked off without taking our bags or telling us where to leave them. They had several staff in the hotel, with none of them doing anything. The manager was just pure weird. We later went down to explain that our room was far too hot and ask if they had any advice on how to cool the room. They said it was tough, and there was nothing that could be done. We asked if they had any fans, they replied “non”. Equally as abrupt and rude as the manager we encountered earlier. We reached out to agoda about our issue, to be told the hotel had refused to respond them, not that this came as any surprise. - Cleanliness. We went to use the lift from our floor, to the main reception, only to be joined by a delightfully odorous bin bag that had the pleasure of riding the lift for the morning. On exit to the lift, we were then met with a barricade of further bin bags cleaning bottles of which we had to leap over. We assumed the cleaner must have been busy, or waylaid… only to see her sat on a chair within the doorframe of the emergency exit, smoking away. -Plug sockets - there were only 2 plug sockets within our room…both of which were hanging out of the wall and not fit for purpose…even the hotels hair dryer had to be noticeably forced and held into the socket to work. -On a positive note, you do receive a complimentary tea or coffee on arrival…which I suggest you savour as you won’t find a kettle or any form of supplies in your room.

찾기쉽고 주차장이 있다. 객실은 깔끔하고 직원은 친절하다. 커피포트.샤워거튼,방에 휴지통이 없어 불편하다. 차를 가지고 간다면 다시 방문할것이다.

구글맵에선 Timken정류장에서 걸어갈 수 없는거로 나오지만 실제로는 걸어갈 수 있어 도보 여행자도 어렵지 않게 접근 가능합니다.

Staff very nice and plenty of parking. Good hotel if you have a car. Thank you.

設備は普通。少し古めで若干埃っぽい。直前予約のため、こちらで予約した。宿泊に特に問題はないが、車がないと、立地はあまりよくない。
