The hotel is out of the city area. Although there are eateries in front and around the hotel but anything else is not readily available. The elevator is shared by about 3 to 4 other hotels within the building and you have to wait for a while to get to your hotel level on the 12th floor. The room was very poorly maintained. There were huge cracks on the wall next to the television in our room like it was from an earthquake and one morning the tv router box suddenly fell from the back of the tv giving us a fright. The toilet leaked from underneath the sink and a pool of water gathered every time we used the wash basin or shower( which their engineers failed to detect in spite of repeated calls where the leak was from). When we checked in they told us foreigners weren’t allowed but we told them Agoda accepted our booking and confirmed it. If foreigners weren’t permitted to stay it would have been stated on the website and Agoda would have rejected our booking. After consultation with the manager, he apologised and gave us our room and even a bigger room but unfortunately with the defects as mentioned. Not a very comfortable and pleasant stay to say the least.

Smelly.. everything.. the hole place, the rooms. Corridors, actually it is allowed to smoke.. people were smoking on the corridors.... the rooms also smells really hard. The carpets are as dirty as the paviment outside.... but the reception ladies were really nice and helpfull...
