Slightly far from central Tunis but close to touristic places like Carthage and Sidi Bou Said. Great value, nice beach, and very friendly staff.

Excellent service and staff. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The hotel is very old and not clean. The staff are very nice, polite, and always willing to help. However, there are not enough staff members. It seems that management has reduced the number of employees, which has placed a heavy workload on the remaining team. The air conditioning is also a major issue. It is not works in the corridors and reception area, but inside the rooms it is extremely weak and does not cool the room properly. Overall, while the staff do their best to provide good service, the hotel’s condition, cleanliness, understaffing, and poor air conditioning make the stay disappointing.

My recent stay at the hotel. The staff provided excellent service, the facilities were good, and the pool was well-maintained. The rooms were clean and of a decent size. However, I would not rate this hotel as a 5-star establishment; I would assign it a 3-star rating. The rooms would benefit from modernization.
