This was my 2nd stay here and my room was better as I had thought that the last one was shabby. There really aren’t any other hotels on this side of Rennes. I chose it for its location. It is popular with business people and therefore much quieter at weekends. I remembered to bring my own travel kettle this time as there isn’t one in the rooms but there’s tea and coffee facilities in the foyer. The large double bed is comfy and the bedding is 1st class. Tv, wardrobe all fine. Bathroom is okay ~ my biggest gripe is that the shower is a hand-held one off the tap in the bath. Housekeeping is good. Receptionist are excellent and are polite, helpful, knowledgeable and multi-lingual.

Convenient for the universities

Take a travel kettle!
I’ve stayed here several times visiting my daughter at the university. Basically there’s not much choice of hotels in the area! Therefore I feel it’s a bit overpriced. I reckon there must be around 50 rooms. It’s used for conferences during the week so can be busy. Always seems quiet at weekends. I’ve had drinks (carafes of wine) from the reception but not eaten there as I’ve always eaten out. *Staff are excellent and always helpful. *Beds are super comfy with quality bedding *Quiet location *Parking *Tea/coffee making facilities are in the foyer so I TAKE MY OWN TRAVEL KETTLE *No fridge in the rooms If you’re going to Rennes on holiday I would probably choose a hotel in the centre. Having said that, this one is fine if you have a car and Rennes is easy to drive round. If you like swimming, try the Art Deco indoor pool in the centre. Even better are the 50m indoor and heated outdoor Bréquigny pools. Place des Lices market on Saturday morning - also a good place to go for car park, restaurants & medieval houses.

Nice place, out of the way.
Is a nice clean place, but there's nothing round the area. Luckily there's a bar at the premises, unfortunately it ran out of Affligem blonde.

Hôtel très propre. Personnel très compétant et sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner mais un peu cher malgré tout. Hôtel proche centre ville de Rennes
