하얏트 리젠시 오릭스 도하

Selem and many other staff went our of their way to help us with our needs. G reat breakfast. Not too far from the Hamid international Airport.

The interior of the room did not reflect the luxury expected of a 5-star hotel. It felt more like a 3-star hotel room. The design on the floor rug was almost completely worn out. The mattress was not of the quality one would expect from a luxury hotel, and the wardrobe was too small. We requested water and dental kits and had to wait more than 30 minutes for them to be delivered. The food was acceptable; however, the cold banana and caramel frappé purchased from the Sky Lounge was disappointing. The cookie was also very hard. Only one pair of room slippers was provided, even though the room was reserved for two guests. Dental kits and facial tissues were available only upon request. Overall, the room did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel and requires significant improvement.

The Hyatt Regency was a nice break from all the travel I've been doing and I would definitely stay there again. It was a little further from the airport than I expected, however it wasn't really an issue,as the free shuttle bus had me there in around 20mins or alternatively, you could just take a taxi straight away for around 12usd. Can't say I really used any of the facilities as I was pretty much in bed the entire time, but everytlooked very good and im sure anyone would be very comfortable here. Lastly,I would just like to give a shout out to the guy that brought my luggage up to my room. He is definitely a huge asset to the Hyatt and he surely deserves a pay rise and a promotion as I thought he was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly guy who went out of his way to explain the room features and anything else that I needed to know, great work!

Stayed for morethan 9 nights, the staffs are very friendly, very clean hotel and the amenities are good. a bit pricey.

Dear Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha Team, Date of Stay: April 1 - April 6, 2024 Firstly, I would like to say thank you so much for all the support. My Father felt so surprised upon seeing the cute birthday cake and the creative bed decoration. My Parents have nothing but only praises regarding their overall experience in Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha. All the staffs are extremely professional and their warmth genuine hospitality are truly remarkable. Secondly, even though there's a construction within the building, it did not affect the safety nor comfort of my Parents. What a very strategic way to maintain the world class standard even though there's a side construction on going. Once again, please allow me to share. My Mom is a survivor of a major operation, and this is her bonus life as well. You did not only give both of my Parents a world class hospitality, but you gave them a MEMORY TO CHERISH for the rest of their lives. Having said, I am taking time to provide this feedback for the whole Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha Team to express how grateful I am for the exceptional experience you have provided for my beloved Mama and Papa. I can honestly say you that you are living the mission statement of providing authentic hospitality by making a difference in the lives of the people you touch every day. You just made a remarkable difference to me and my family. Such a delight to experience your stellar and first class service. May God bless you all and Ramadan Kareem.
