Hotel de Harmonie

First time to Netherlands and firth time to Giethoorn. I have decided to choose to hotel because it is right next to the bus station. However it’s bit far from the village center. Staff is warm and friendly and make our trip feel like home. Room is tidy and clean. It’s too bit noisy if you open the window, you can hear people outside as well as the animals :).

The location is good, only a few km into centre. However we were put up on first floor. Need to climb up steep stairs to get there. We had 2 rooms on the loft with planks near the beds, my son bumped onto one when he got up from bed. So better book ground floor room for safety. No much choices for breakfast. Staff were jolly and helpful though.

A beautiful hotel with an amazing location, a gorgeous restaurant with very warm hosts.

Very friendly reception and the restaurant offers good dinner too
