I reserved 7 non-refundable rooms, and I paid in advance, but few days before arriving the hotel sent me a message informing me that there are no available rooms, and they cancelled 5 rooms and kept 2 rooms. Sure I couldn't find any available rooms nearby. So be aware that the hotel may cancel your reservation before you arrive.
