My husband wasn’t able to get to the hotel until midnight and their front desk is usually closed by then. They stayed open so they can check him in. Thank you so much for accommodating us

Mauvaise expérience d abord j ai du attendre 10 ou plus pour quelqu’un vient nous recevoir puis il m’a fait encore payé un supplément de 83 euros et même pas donné une facture après la chambre une petite douche avec toilettes que on c est même pas trop bouger et la nuit même pas dormi à cause du bruit que les gens fait jusqu’à 3 heures du matin je suis très déçu je ne reviendrai pas

This hotel is awful. A few days before our arrival we got an email from the hotel saying that they needed our credit card details otherwise they would cancel the booking, as we had already paid in full through Agoda this seemed odd. I contacted Agoda customer services who assured me this was not the case and that the email had been “sent in error”. Upon arriving we instantly felt uneasy, the hotel is in the middle of a rough housing estate. The parking does not belong to the hotel and your car is left “at your own risk”. Due to the area the front door is locked at all times so you need to be let in by the member of staff on the desk, who frequently wanders off. You get a key to the front door when you check in. The guy at checkin did nothing to put our minds at rest and re-enforced the idea that the area was not safe. Our non-smoking room was directly above the smoking area so not only was it hot in the room you opened the window to cigarette smoke. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything that happens around and above/below. The bed was clean but uncomfortable and the duvet didn’t cover the bed, nevermind us. We chose a room with a shared bathroom, we have done this in other hotels with no problem, you share one toilet per floor and whilst it looks clean it absolutely stank. It was also tiny, you had to wedge yourself under the sink to be able to sit. Overall, we didn’t get much sleep due to the noise and uncomfortable bed but the car came away unscathed. The price was extortionate too.
