This is new hotel in center of Ambon! So room and all facilities are modern and clean! Bath room was also clean and hot shower with good pressure was good too! A/C was working very well and wifi was also fast in yhe rpom and common area! Breakfast was very nice with many option including fresh fruits and juice! Staffs are very professional and helpful! Definitely will stay again if I visit Ambon!

I have visited other hotels and motels around Ambon and some of them were terribe; in a such a context, RRF is really good value for money, the one I would recommend to a friend. Clean, comfortable, with very kind and helpful personnel, good and abundant breakfast. On the downside, our room (which goes by the name of "exciting") in spite of a good bed and clean shower, was quite small, no wardrobe and acoustic isolation could be improved. I think that FFV is a great option in Ambon, would give it a 9.

Staff ramah banget sukaaa, apalagi kaka resepsionis. Tp kebersihan kamar kurang. Kaca didalam kamar ada noda/debu, gatau istilahnya apa. Dinding kamar jg ga rata aneh bgt? View jg ke jalan bukan ke gunung pdhl bukan tipe yg paling murah. Pdhl milih hotel ini krn view gunungnya eh malah ga dpt. Sebenernya mau booking via wa req view gunung, tp WA yg tercantum jg ternyata gaada terdaftar jd gabisa dihubungin.

Mount view nya bagus, mau pas sunrise ataupun malem. Kamar mandi bersih, cuma agak bau (lembab). Lokasi strategis, dekat tempat oleh² ataupun supermarket. BF lumayan lengkap (tersedia indomie). Staff ramah, cuma proses check in agak lama.

We stayed two nights in a clean, no-frills double room. The staff members were nice and friendly, though some staff members were inexperienced (at least the agent who checked us in, which resulted in various incoveniences). The only real annoyance: the hotel charged us 500k+ IDR for one (!) normal sized bag of laundry, which is a total rip-off compared to regular prizes (though not a scam, as the prices are listed, but were not mentioned by the hotel agent). The hotel showed not courtesy when confronted with our discontent. Still, good place to stay for a couple of nights.
