Our group had a fantastic time at this property. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Excellent location
Excellent location. However, No cleaning service. There are two coffee espresso for your all stay period. Refused to provide additional since we are staying five days. I forgot my universal adapter and wire in the morning and I came afternoon for it. However, they refused to check the room despite I gave them the exact location where I kept it in the room. They asked me to send email instead. I did and no one responded. That was not good part of my stay the rest are ok.

Spotless, Comfortable, and a Cut Above
The Cove Centrum Passage in Den Haag is one of those places that genuinely impresses from the moment you walk in. What sets it apart is how immaculately clean and well-maintained everything is — the facilities are in great condition and it's clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the space looking its best. A top-notch spot in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!

Hotspot Location
Best spot if you like convenience esp. over short stay in the city. Close to so much food, shops in the center. Hotel is literally less than 2mins walk from the metro exit, no long walks exposing one to late night hazards. Love the lobby furnished like an urban garden with lots of natural light 🪴 There's also an automated door to enter the rooms hallway very helpful for guests with bags. The 2 guys at the front desk was on the ball throughout our stay. One of them proceeded to room us on the same level noting I am alone with kids and luggages - super alert and highly iniative. Lady on duty during our check out was equally helpful with our heavy luggage storage. I think one of them is Pietro, sorry didn't get to catch all their names! Room was compact, best use of space with well hidden storage and amenities. But everything needed is there. Room light was dimmer than your usual white bright light i suppose this is meant to support or encourage good rest and sleep/downtime in the room - no issues with this. Highly recommend!
