We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the elevated cabin, which had a safety gate on the stairs well. Also the doors can be locked from the inside with a key. Making this stay safe for our kids. Was lovely and modern. Just wish we booked longer!

We booked a 3BR waterfront villa for 2 nights, for 2 couples. The pictures were stunning! We arrived at 4.15pm on a Friday afternoon to find reception was already closed, and there was a number to call for 'after hours' check in. After multiple phone calls trying to get a hold of someone so we could check in, the lady who rang back stated we 'should have received a message with a code for the lock box', extremely rudely, which we hadn't received. We finally got our keys, then found ourselves in an extremely old cabin, nothing like the pictures, and not a remotely similar layout, nor facilities we were hoping for, as were advertised (A teeny tiny double bed for one of our couples, as opposed to a choice of 2 double beds under bunks in separate rooms, no oven in the cabin etc) View was stunning though so we made the most of it. Unable to use the bbq due to the disgusting state of it, and no gas was left for either the bbq or the outdoor heater provided. We were however impressed with the outdoor fridge, blinds, and the fact they had thought to provide a heater, even if we couldn't use it. Lots of bugs and spiders with the outdoors not having been cleaned in a long time. We also had one blind fall down onto one of our guests while trying to close it for the night, hinge and all. We also had to make up the second bedroom (thankfully we weren't using the third or would have had to make those too!), even though we had booked for 4 adults. The park itself was beautiful with stunning views, a nice and peaceful spot for a weekend away, however we would have enjoyed our experience alot more had we been able to stay in the cabin we actually booked and paid for, and not been greeted over the phone by rude staff as our first impression. Tread wisely when booking, and ensure you are getting exactly what you paid for!

My kids had so much fun on the jumping pillow, in the pool and down at the little beach. They enjoyed every moment. Spacious cabins and only 10 minutes to town!
