Shower head broke and almost hit my head. The repairman came in with his shoes on and step into the shower room without taking off his shoes and made the floor very messy. Had to ask the housekeeper to clean the shower room and the floor. The hotel should have inspected the room carefully before guests check into the room to avoid serious accident occur

We stayed in the two-bedroom deluxe suite as two couples. Overall, the suite was clean, comfortable, and provided a pleasant stay. However, one area the hotel could improve is in ensuring that amenities are provided for four guests, as the suite is clearly meant to accommodate four people. For example, only two sets of plates, cups, coffee capsules, and bottled water were provided. While housekeeping promptly delivered additional items upon request, it should be more fitting for a property of Ascott's standard to prepare these adequately from the start, rather than making it feel limited like a lower-tier hotel. Additionally, the suite feels a little dated compared to some newer boutique hotels that offer thoughtful touches such as voice-activated lighting, a small stool for wearing shoes, and other conveniences that make the space feel more homely and refined, Overall it was a comfortable stay, but with a few updates and attention to these details, Ascott Chongqing could deliver a more polished and elevated guest experience in line with its brand reputation.

Hotel very clean, location quite good. Staff very friendly, they will help us to collect our taobao parcel on behalf. Staff also very help us call the yellow Ferrari🤣 Thanks 廖伟 and Echo for the great service..

The Ascott is serviced residences, so the rooms are large and more like an apartment. Everything is new and in great working order. Very good quality soft goods and bath products. My room had a kitchen, so I was able to have a simple breakfast (I'm not cooking on vacation - lol). Staff was friendly and helpful. The property is part of the wonderful Raffles City complex, so lots of shopping and dining options available without having to go outside. It is a bit confusing to find the entrance to the Ascott (all the signs refer to Serviced Residence, not Ascott). It is also very convenient to the metro system, so getting around is easy. I would stay here again.

房间挺大的，有厨房，厨房用品很齐全，我们没做饭，但是也用到碗碟刀叉。有咖啡机，胶囊和水都能随时添加，服务很大气。床品都很好，很好睡。我们的房间在24层，隔音一般经常听到噪音，风景完全没有，啥都看不到。房间里有小飞虫，灭掉不少，影响不是特别大。出行比较方便，酒店在来福士里面。去洪崖洞和游船码头步行很近，解放碑远一点也能步行到达。 酒店有提供金牌助手的行李运送服务，这个服务真的非常好，提前送到机场，微信联系就送到5号门，非常方便。最后一天退房后无负担，再去逛了几个景点直接去机场。 早餐一般，还有提供夜宵粥，吃了一次，如果有需要就还不错。 总体来说应有尽有了，就是看不到任何风景，房间里待不住，其他都不错。尤其是服务满分。
