Overall, the value for money is exceptional - location, amenities and staff are great. Value for money esp for breakfast as there are a lot of options to choose from. It is just a bit cold in the room but can ask staff to change the temp to your liking. Location is near airport and very near to train / tram station, food/restaurants/groceries near the hotel too.

If you want to be beside Amsterdam central station then it is good you have a train that takes you in five minutes to the amsterdam downtown. if you have a good budget for your travel then better get one if the hotels arround that may offer better experience. My experience in Urban lodge was okay but not phenomenal, staff members can be slow and you can feel as if they are forced to be here and to serve you.. My big complain is that the room was soooo cold and the heat coming from the AC was annoying it was sending cold and hot and it redirects on you directly since the pipeline is on top of the bed and you feel the cold and the heat twice as much Please urban lodge fix that because you are apparently 4 stars hotel so a bare minimum...

While the cost and the room size are good enough, I can't accept that the whole 4 night stays, the bed sheets, duvet sheets and pillowcases are never changed. Also there is no toilet paper or tissue paper refill. Until I asked at the front desk. Though it was the last night we stay. Those cleaning services are not available at the evening. Seems customer services and cleaning services are not communicated very well. Or no one checks the room if it's outsourced. Otherwise the hotel was good.
