Visited in June. It was freezing cold but the electric blanket in the room kept us warm thru the night. The place was very private and very quiet. Parking on the street side but very easy. Overall great place to stay. Our only suggestion is hair dryer and shampoo should have been provided.

Good place for a weekend

Studio in Ballarat

It was perfect for us. We went to a wedding nearby at the Boathouse by the Lake. The studio was clean and comfortable and access and directions were easy. Highly recommend.

Amazing place in Ballarat

I really enjoyed staying at this studio room. The house owner has a beautiful back garden. It was very comfy and private. I'd stay again if I visit Ballarat.

Delightful

Lovely self contained unit at the rear of a conveniently situated house. Very comfortable and clean, surrounded by beautiful gardens. One drawback is that it's street parking only then access via a side path, no issue if you're packing light. Anyway, I really enjoyed my stay.
