We arrived slightly earlier before the official check-in time. Fortunately, we ran into a staff member who told us our room was available, so we were able to check in. Our room was on Level 1, and since there is no lift, we had to carry our luggage upstairs. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities we needed, including a TV, wardrobe, kettle with coffee and tea, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, heater, and free Wi-Fi. The hot water worked well and there is no bidet. There were no bedroom slippers, but we had brought our own. The bed linens looked clean, though we noticed a little dust when we patted the duvet. The balcony received the afternoon sun, making it especially enjoyable during winter. We also loved seeing gang-gang cockatoos in the trees outside the balcony. One downside was that the room had no windows other than the balcony door. The room felt stuffy when the balcony door is closed. The balcony has a staircase with wheelchair lift and it has no gate, so we were reluctant to leave our balcony door opened at night. The inn is conveniently located near a shuttle bus stop, making it easy to get to and from Mt Buller Village Square. It’s also a pleasant walk, with beautiful scenery along the way. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the experience. One suggestion would be to add a few wall hooks for hanging winter jackets, which would make the room even more convenient. Thank you!

Unfortuantely prices are insanely inflated during ski season, hence the 3* on value for money. Whilst there are limited amenaties and the bed is a bit on the too-soft side, everything was as described when we booked the room. Balcony, quiet, walking distance to one of the slopes (faster than waiting for the village bus.) What makes up for it is excellent staff attitude - particularly during busy check-in check-out times. Food in the restaurant was also very decent (but beware, on-mountain pricing). Would happily come back again if another great snow season presents itself.

Travel with my toddler. hotel is very clean and this it the most important thing when we travel wtih our daugther. hotel staff are very helpful and helping us with our luguage. we really enjoy our stay. shuttle bus stop is a few steps away from the hotel. we will come back again.

The staff were very helpful . Genie took care of all the needs we needed. Jake took us to all areas and explained the details. The facilities were great. A lift would have been very good.
