The staff were super friendly and accommodating. It’s an older resort but has everything you need including a bar, cafe and restaurant. The meet and greet welcome when you arrive is a great way to learn a little of the history of the hotel and comes with a complimentary glass of bubbles and an afternoon tea. The walks were amazing, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and we even had parrots fly right up to our balcony. It is a big winding drive up to the resort, which lasts about 40 mins and is quite narrow in many parts and drops to 10 kms an hour at times with tight bends so be prepared for that but the views are amazing and the sunsets well made up for it. If you’re visiting after rain be sure to bring hiking boots or at least easy to clean sturdy shoes as the tracks are quite muddy and slippery in parts but again well worth the views. A great place to visit to explore the mountains and waterfalls. They have all types of accommodation ranging from campsites to villas. I stayed in a mountain view room. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quite spacious. Again an older room but it was clean, quiet and offered great views of the mountains and plenty of instant hot water. We had great reception on the mountain. Breakfast was $40 for the buffet and the restaurant was a little expensive but the bar offers steaks, pizzas and drinks for a reasonable price. The cafe also serves breakfast and lunch for a cheaper option. I would definitely recommend and would love to visit again. Thank you to the staff of O’Reilly’s for a wonderful stay!

The staff are superb at the resort. They go out of their way to make it special. We stayed in a villa which was pricey for what it was. You're on your own but you need to drive at night to the restaurant. Buffet was OK but bar food probably nicer. Good pizzas. The walks are what it's all about. Love the rain forest. The drive up is interesting. Forget it if you have a heart problem. Drive super slowely. Enjoyed the stay.

A peaceful and refreshing stay surrounded by stunning rainforest views, birdlife, and beautiful walking trails. The atmosphere was calming and perfect for slowing down and reconnecting with nature. Some areas could use a little updating, but overall a memorable and worthwhile retreat experience.

Beautiful place up on Green Mountains. Great resort with all the facilities, lovely pool, great food @ the evening buffet. Villa we stayed needed repair in several places, wasn't the cleanest, @ overall not value for money. Can't beat the location though, & other villa's might be in better shape.

The place is nice, room is a bit small but cozy. We had dinner at the hotel, the service is very friendly, food is okay. The trails nearby need better signs, we have hard hard time to find some trails entrance., example: moonlight crag.
