We turned up to the hotel to find it closed downstairs walked into accomodation part and couldn’t get any help any where we rung a bell and tried to call waited around for 20 mins then left had to go into rylstone for accomodation for the night not sure if we have been charged yet as it’s been public holiday will def be fighting it or we have
