The receptionist (middle-aged Austrian man) threatened to kick me out of the hotel after I went to him twice because my card wasn’t working with the ski locker. When I went to him asking for help, he was talking casually with a lady at sofa. The first time, he checked the card for me but it’s still not working so I had to went back to him again. Then this time he told me that I got his nerve and if I come to disturb him again he will kick me out of the hotel!! I, as a woman all by myself, got scared and had no choice but just to get back in my room and hope that my ski gear will not be stolen. So if you look for welcoming atmosphere, stay somewhere else. Not to mention that the place is totally overpriced, not valued for money at all.
