Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. When I arrived in the room, I found strand of hair inside the kettle, which was unpleasant and raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. There were also no hand towels provided. When I contacted the front desk to request them, I was told by the staff member that they were already in the room, even though they were not. I had also emailed the hotel in advance to let them know that I might be delayed and would likely be checking in after 8:00 pm, but I received no response to my email. Eventually , I reached the hotel at about 745pm. Overall, the lack of attention to cleanliness, missing basic amenities, and poor communication made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its service and room standards.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. On our first night, when we were staying in a ground-floor room, a mouse crawled onto my husband while we were sleeping. We were moved to a room on the second floor for the following night, but we found a cockroach in the room. The accommodation is also located on a main road, so we could hear trucks passing by throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We hope the property can improve its pest control and address the noise issue to provide a more comfortable experience for future guests.

Amazing motel just thin walls and can hear everything of other guests.

No toaster in room and a couple of plates would be good
