a bit of a distance from downtown but clean quiet and a good stay - if you check after 1pm(?) friday or weekend, you must get code number for lockbox to get key, but it worked nicely for us

That place isn’t a hotel, that’s just a room to sleep in the huge industrial area. And I had a Problem with the Wifi connection on the Saturday night and called the number at the hostel’s notification. But the staff at the call center wasn’t very helpful and insisted me to call back on Monday, though I only stayed their for that night. Even worse thing is, they charged me for the accommodation fee on 24th June AND again 27th June on my debit card…and the number I know to reach them doesn’t work any more on Monday today since I am in Czech right now!! That could be fraudulent. Please refund at least for one night immediately since you took for 2 nights fee from me though I only stayed for one night!

this dump should actually pay you to stay there. i thought i'll step outside my comfort zone and guess what? did. grungy place with no working tv and a fridge that would make even cockroaches blush. oh yeah, and it did not work either. stained towels, no toilet paper in the bathroom, the showers left a lot to be desired, i mean, sewer gas coming through so heavily, you didn't want to spent any time there, the shower head clogged with limescale... for crying out loud, invest into some vinegar and bleach and give the entire place a complete clean up. to sum it pup, tear the place down... and if i happen to develop any medical issues (skin rash or foot fungus or similar) they will surely hear from my lawyers and get the bills.
