Helpful staff during check-in and especially at check-out when travel plans had to change due to heavier snowfall overnight than expected. Room was comfortable. Location with bus stop near the hotel gave easy 15 minute bus access to City center and Christmas markets. Nice breakfast. Would stay again!

The customer service, location, and buffet breakfast was great value for the money! 【Pros】 Super staff: the young gentleman at the desk who was very helpful for anything and everything, and restaurant manager(?) were the most helpful. Location: although you have to take a bus from the city, it is located like 20m from the bus stop. Moreover, cute restaurants and cafes are around the hotel, so you should try them as well :) 【Cons】 No full-length mirror No iron No fridge *if you don't mind those points, then this place would be perfect for you! I really had a great time relaxing in the room or even went for a short walk around the hotel!! Thank you very much for the great hospitality.

The hotel feels cosy and typically furnished with a Bavarian style. The service is efficient and friendly enough but nothing special, the facilities are ok, they have an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Don’t bother if you want to use it early in the morning as they open it at 10:00am only! The “fitness centre” is just a bunch of machines with 2 cyclettes and 1 treadmill, no mats are provided, and the light goes on and off while you’re training. The breakfast is fine, an average buffet with some extra jams ok, but nothing crazy! No kettle and no mini-fridge facility in the room, the room is quiet and the bed comfortable. They have 2 parkings for the hotel guests which are free of charge at least.

We loved staying outside the city of Innsbruck in Igls. The village people we so sweet and accommodating. It was super easy to take the J bus to Innsbruck for the day.

Really value for money for a 2 person stay, included buffet breakfast, dinner and early check-in, as well as helpful reception who will answer any questions you have about the town or getting around! Would come again!
