The staff’s tone at check-in completely changed as soon as I mentioned having a service dog with me. My license was thrown back at me under the security partition. Her attitude was atrocious at that point… they have a whole list of rules they hand out, and they definitely don’t enforce them. Drinking and fighting in the parking lot all night long. The room had what appeared to be pubic hairs in the bathroom, still had soap grime from previous guests. The moisture in the room was so high that the bed felt damp and anything brought into the room did as well. We lay our clothes out at night before bed and even sitting on the table, our clothes were damp in the morning. There were police in and out of the parking lot all weekend..
