You’ve been warned. I read the other reviews thinking “it can’t be THAT bad” - it was exactly as bad as the other reviews say. I booked a king and non smoking. They gave me a double bed and the room stunk of cigarettes. There were things on the verge of falling off the walls. Like the light sconces were hanging off of the walls. Their shades were stained. The walls themselves were so dirty. The bedding had a big hole in it. The place just gave me the ick. I left after choking for 10 minutes in that room. Wasted $88 and I wish we could block certain facilities so this stupid place would stop popping up for me.

My boyfriend and I checked in yesterday. We booked a room with a tub for the night. When I booked the room description included the tub as did the photos for the room that I picked. When we arrived, they told me that that Room was no longer available, and if I did want the room with the tub I would have had to come in person and requested as a walk-in check-in. I showed them the app and the description of the room and there was no way for me to get the room that I booked. Had I known that I needed to come in person to book that type of room before booking I would have. It was not listed anywhere on the website. We then asked for a late check out for noon. The guy said it was fine and we would not receive a charge as I did not receive the room that I booked. When we arrived at our room, it was absolutely filthy. It smelled of cigarettes even though I booked a non-smoking room. The fridge smelled funny and was also broken on the inside. The pipes in the shower were loose. The hairdryer was not working. The floor between the bathroom and the bedroom was coming up and we tripped over it several times. The baseboards were coming up on all sides of the room. There were cigarette burns on the bed as well. In short, the room was a death trap. I would not recommend staying here at all. The following morning when we woke up to start getting ready to check out as we asked for a late check out, we were then knocked on by housekeeping, and I told them that I had an extended checkout. They left but not two minutes later a strange man knocked on the door who also worked there telling us to leave when I then told him that I also had a late checkout, and he did not believe me. He then told me to go to the front desk because the guy I spoke to yesterday was “new.” He told me I needed to pay for my extended checkout when the guy yesterday told me I did not have to. So we went to the front desk explain the situation and they honored the late checkout without having to pay but at the same time this should not have happened. They should have communicated to the two people working that we had a late check out and not to disturb us. I will never be staying at this filthy hotel ever again.

Contrary to reviews by others my room was clean. The door lock was working. The bed sheets and towels were clean. Bath soaps and shampoos were available. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room.

Nice hotel for the money.
