The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. There are lots of stores and restaurants surrounding it and even a laundromat practically on the grounds which is convenient. Also, unlike a lot of places. The WiFi worked great. I returned half a day after checkout because I realized I no longer had my iPad with me and thought I may have left it in the room. Sure enough, housekeeping had found it and left it at the front desk for me. For these reasons alone I would have given this place 5 across the board. Two reasons I dropped it to a four was, one, despite that this place is sprawling and didn’t seem very full, there were several very loud bouts of noise, once from someone blasting music in the parking lot, and a couple of times yelling or screaming from people outside the rooms. Two, while the water pressure was great, none of it was hot. There were no hot/cold indicators on the shower or sink faucets, I ran each for a while before I came to accept that no hot water would come no matter how long I ran the water in hopes of it eventually heating up.

Big rooms, Cox cable, any problems I may have are handled professionally by staff

You get what you pay for

Mattress on the bed was Beyond old and had a spring poking through the surface. Carpet old and stained. Armchair had the legs removed and was noticeably stained by bodily fluids. Poor lighting. Bad windows with no insulation , single pane that rattled in the Wind. TV did not work until the neighbors were changing the channel. One of those places you don't go to unless you don't mind hanging around drug people.
