Rooms were clean and tidy

Very disappointing experience. We booked our room just moments before midnight, and the reservation automatically switched to the following day instead of the night we actually needed. When we arrived and explained that it was an honest mistake, we asked if they could simply adjust the reservation. Instead, we were repeatedly told there was nothing they could do and directed back to the booking company. We later contacted management and received the same response. Rather than work with us to correct an obvious booking mistake, the only option they offered was to charge us for an additional night's stay. I understand that businesses have policies, but good customer service also means using reasonable discretion when a simple solution is available. We’ve had similar situations with other hotels and they were happy to correct the reservation without issue. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying at this property if customer service and a willingness to help guests are important to you. While I understand third-party bookings have policies, our disappointment is with how the situation was handled when we arrived. We were physically there, only needed the room until checkout, and instead of offering a practical solution, we were told we'd need to pay for another night's stay. A customer-focused approach could have been providing a room for us and working out booking details afterward, especially since payment had already been made. Instead, we were left without a roomwhile still losing the money we had already paid. That's why our review reflects our experience. We hope you'll consider handling situations like this differently in the future. Also please note you offer your rooms on the third party sites.

Basics were not provided. Lost of trash in parking lot.

This place was dirty. I found a roach on my bed. The first night would not recommend unless it’s a last resort sleeping, your car would be better

Size of rooms were good. outlets had safety hazard. Outlet covers were loose. Restroom has no AC vent so it was hot. Boy enough lighting on the room. Room needs some TLC.
