I had the worst experience here. I have never been so disrespected staying at a hotel before. After a long night of fishing me and my bf went back to our hotel he was hungry so conveniently they had noodles to buy. As we waited at the front desk from someone to check us out the employee Matt came out from the back after a min of us waiting and proceeded to sit at the opposite desk we were waiting at. He did not greet us or say not even one word to us as we stood there for 2-3 more mins. Feeling ignored and honestly just dumb waiting my bf finally got fed up and asked him hey can we pay for this since we have been waiting and he told us “maybe” I was in shock when he said that and left us waiting another 2-3 mins and asked us our room number and also if we were paying cash or cc. My bf told him tap and after a minute he said it wasn’t working so we just finally walked away. Feeling very disrespected I went back down to buy the noodle and ask if he was the manager. When I asked he looked at me like that was dumb question and I asked for the GM info he refused to give me any info just her name. I repeatedly asked for her info and he cussed and me saying the F word to me and said we were to him and I said then your manager can pull the cameras and if it has audio they can hear how you were treating us. He constantly was dismissing me and just saying leave lady. I walked away back to my room and the next morning I went to speak to Melissa the GM and she was great and very professional and profusely apologized for the way he acted and that he should have never treated us that way. Overall the hotel was great the experience with your employee Matt was terrible I really hope that this reaches the right person and there are consequences for his actions.

Our second stay here we had a great bay view and lots of options for breakfast. Only downside was the dining area is small and does not have much seating. Other than that the staff was great and the king suite was comfy and spacious. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience during my stay, hotel was clean, staff was friendly breakfast was AMAZING!

Great location right across from the beach. Bed and pillows were comfortable. They are short staffed so finding someone will be difficult. Do not even count on eating breakfast there unless you are the first one there. They had ran out of food and took at least an hour to replenish. Otherwise comfortable stay just to sleep.
