Very clean, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were greeted each time we left the hotel and when we came back. Breakfast was good and coffee was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at the Quality inn on multiple occasions, sometimes several nights back to back. The Quality Inn has a fair price for the room, accommodations and location. Upon arrival staff promptly greets you at the front desk and check in goes quickly and smoothly each time. Regardless if you are booking directly from the Quality Inn or if you are using a third party app the check in procedure is straightforward and swiftly navigated. The Quality Inn allows payment and cash or card for they stay and they require a $100 incidentals deposit. This deposit can be paid cash or card. If the deposit is paid for with card you will receive your money back in 3 to 5 business days on average depending on your bank it may take longer, I have always seen it back in 3 days. If you pay cash you will receive your cash deposit back as you check out. All deposits returned are based on checkout review of your room and everything is in order. Once I had fallen asleep doing some sketch work on the bed. When I awoke I had noticed a small amount of light pink Crayola gel pen on the throw sheet into locations (color left on the bed was a few little lines a little less than the surface area of one's Pinky not even fully colored in. There were two of these marks) after review I was told that they charge $100 if a blanket is to be stained or tarnished permanently. I had a shared her they were Crayola and they come out with soap in the wash bleach is not even necessary for I have had this happen many times on my own from myself or my children. This is why I go with Crayola brand. She had told me she would double check after wash and bleach and if it was not to come out she would keep the deposit but if it did come out I could return to receive my deposit. When she told me this I was relieved and said okay that is fine I will be back tonight. Several hours later I received a phone call informing me unfortunately I would not be receiving my deposit. I find this impossible seeing how I have washed out these exact gel pens from White linen many times. Nevertheless deposit was kept and I not fallen asleep with open pens in my hand on the bed this would have never happened. Every other time I had no problem with my deposit. They allow weekly rates cheaper than nightly which is convenient if you are in town for a extended stay but not permanent or long extensions there is no cooking amenities allowed in the room. But conveniently located next to many restaurants. The hot breakfast is served I believe from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. possibly 10:00? There is sausage patties scrambled egg circles like you would get at a Dunkin' donuts on a breakfast sandwich and French toast sticks for hot food. Also they offer a waffle maker, cereal, several selections of toast or bagel, a juice machine, milk and of course water. The dining area is a little small for my liking so I usually take the food back to my room. I give the food a 3 out of five generously because I understand it as a hotel and the price I pay for the night is accounted into this decision. The staff is very straightforward they have their policies and they follow them to the tee. If someone is paying for your stay other than yourself they may not pay over the phone with a card. Deposit may not be paid over the phone as well they would need to physically show up and present their card and ID there is no exception to this rule whatsoever under any circumstance! As far as the rooms first floor I find to be a little more straightforward and it is a bed to sleep in TV to watch a desk to write and a bathroom to use. My toilet did not flush properly you would have to hold the handle down uncomfortably firm to allow the water to flush fully. The shower has great heat and cool water in the water pressure is intense the shower head is a fixed shower head with no settings to change and it is set on fire hose. About 15 to 20 dreams the size of pipe cleaners are continuously almost violently firing out of the shower head

The faculty was nice and friendly. We had a pleasant stay and if we come to the nearby locaton again, we shall book this place again.
