I had been here overnight a week ago and liked it for its cleanliness and proximity to my brother whom I would be driving for his treatments at the hospital. At that time, the friendly clerk gave me a room on the first floor, a few steps from the lobby. After I checked in, I had told the clerk about my experience before and that I would appreciate a room close to the elevtor if it was on the second floor. I proceeded to the room in the room she gave me on the second floor, and realized this was at the end of the hallway, practically the last room! I immediately went back to the front desk, and ask for a different room. I had observed that thre was only 4 other cars in the parking lot and so she would have a lot of rooms to choose from! After around five minutes, she decided to give me another room on the first floor just steps to the lobby. I saw too that several rooms were unoccupied in the hallway where I was. I think it was rude of her to give me a room so far from the elevator and then I found out the next day from an acquaintance that the train railway run a few yards from that room! And what is up with that when she knew I would be staying here for a week! Truly unhospitable! With the new room, I couldn’t here the train. Good thing I never forget Rick Steve” ks advice to check the room if you are in unfamiliar hotel before committing to it. liked the room because it was neat and the bed was comfortable, everything was functioning right. However, there was no drinking water even at breakfast which was included in the price. Breakfast was fine, , the choices of cereal, coffee, bread and muffin. they even have a waffle maker which most guests enjoyed to use. On weekends, there was sausage and scrambled eggs and from Monday to Thursday, it was hardboiled eggs which was overcooked . Wished whoever cooked it follow the 3 minute boiling rule, to shut the range off, then just keep them in the hot water for 10 minutes before serving it! Despite the experience At check- in, I can say the rest of the staff were friendly and accomodating specially the lady who I saw mostly at the kitchen but this weekend, I saw her helping clean the rooms and the front driveway! I would recommend this place also for its no smoking policy in the ebtire hotel and for its ascessibility to the places you would want to go!

Checkin and our stay was easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any needs we had. My one complaint is that the pool was ICE cold.

best in glendora very close to azusa pacific university citrus college and downtown and lots of restaurants and the freeway. will stay here again

Due to a good system the hotel has made and great staff, fast check in and check out was a breeze! The hotel is essy to spot on Route 66 in Glendora, the room was clean, and spacious. And same with the lobby. I would certainly recommend this hotel. The breakfast had good choices offered. The drawback was having no drinking water in the room and at breskfast and you have to buy it. Hotel is well located and close to many establishments !

Brand new hotel located in Glendora. Near shops, restaurants and markets. Very clean and excellent staff.
