I stayed here for 10 nights and overall had a good experience. The staff was very friendly across the board — front desk, restaurant staff, and even the handyman. For the first 7 days, everything was smooth. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and Wi-Fi was decent at around 25 Mbps download. I also liked that I was given a balcony room facing the 57/60 freeway merge. Surprisingly, the freeway noise was minimal and didn’t bother me. The main issue came from the bathroom sink in my first room. There was a leak that caused water to spill out unless it was closed in a very specific way. I didn’t notice it right away, so some of my bathroom items got wet, including my electric shaver. It still works, but it seems a bit off now. Once I figured out how to stop the leak, it was still annoying having to do that every time I used the sink. I reported it to the front desk, and maintenance came up. They said it wasn’t a quick fix, so the front desk later called and asked me to change rooms. They upgraded me to a suite and helped move all my luggage, which I appreciated since I had a lot. The suite itself was very spacious — separate living room, kitchen, bedroom, and a large bathroom. Personally, I would have preferred some partial credit back instead of an upgrade, but they went with the upgrade and included complimentary breakfast. I only ended up eating breakfast twice. The breakfast rotates daily and includes scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and a signature item each day. Despite the sink issue, I would stay here again when visiting the area. One thing to note: if you’re trying to earn IHG points, you need to book directly through IHG’s website, not Agoda.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They were able to answer my questions and helped with storing some luggage. I noticed quite a few Chinese tour groups check in throughout my stay and the staff remained friendly and patient even with the language struggles.
