Bitterly cold 27° last night thank God I was @ extended stay America that nice young man Keeno checked me in again & @check out i met the general manager Kamica she was very nice I like the staff & location Montgomery County need a pedestrian bridge on Germantown Pike bc not everybody drive everywhere i may get a ride to hotel but I got appointments i can't get safely across the road bc my pain & or swelling in legs & I gotta pee a lot i be in cars but not always & I don't drive now I got to get across the road to the buses & whole foods over there & some of my specialist up the road now keeno & kami kamica & Candace they just so answer all your questions & don't treat you like a pest now its some other woman she ain't nice at all wouldn't let me use a bathroom the rest of you nice ones need to remind her she at work bc customers come in w/o customers it ain't no job every time I think how nasty she was I get upset again I cried that mean hussy made me pee on myself & i was driven to whole foods market to care for myself it was humiliating embarrassing unnecessary bc keeno told her I was a guest that night & I told her I was about to rebook a room but needed bathroom 1st I told her I'm disabled & incontinent if it wasn't for them other ones I wouldn't ever come back kindness is easy but idk why yall got that wicked cruel woman in hospitality services w stink attitude fit for a slaughter house or a gutter but not greeting customers & if you're under grand illusion she's nice SHE AINT NICE AT ALL just she got 2 faces her truest face show to customers when kamica not there & no way am I the 1st guest to complain about her bc she so ignorant she triggered more than one disability that day bc I suffer mental/emotional issues so there she was one more person to abuse me life is hard never know what others going through & she didn't care but keeno my favorite he smile got kind words he helpful & Candace she just as sweet remind me of my grand baby I like her & kamica nice

Front desk was very nice,room was clean,location was just rite mall up the street,I would recommend this location

Great location, ample parking, friendly staff.

you would say you get what you pay for. Not exactly I would expect clean and comfortable no matter how outdated the property and furnishings. This property did not meet those two mandatory elements. Floors were filthy and the furnishings were the same condition stain dirty combo shower tub. Free breakfast was a joke vending machine pastry and awfull coffee not even hot. stay away fool me once no second chance.

This hotel is mid. It will be top notch if it had a pool
